At the heart of our fabrication process is a 2,000 Watt LVD Laser, capable of cutting up to 5/8" thick steel plate (3/16" stainless) with repeatability/accuracy to ± .005" or better! For sheet metal components requirements and specialized smaller enclosure needs, a dedicated SMP (small metal parts) cell, complete with a Finn-Power FMS, Motoman welding robot and state-of-the-art LVD brake press, provides a complete and flexible process to assure part accuracy and timely throughput. All parts are inspected to assure compliance to customer specifications. The cell concept provides a high level of flexibility to operate in a just-in-time fashion for the customer, while focusing on lowest possible production costs! Latest Windows based software and on-line angle control ensure exceptional accuracy and quality. Custom tooling is available for special configurations and designs. This press has an extra deep throat for forming deep boxes and parts in one piece, reducing downstream processes that add cost. Two other presses are available for versatility and volume.
The most modern programming software results in precision sheet metal cutting, within a cutting power range of 78"x 118". The laser cuts 5/8" plate, and up to 1/8" stainless steel, producing consistent repetitive parts. An infinite variety of shapes can be cut for your product needs be they enclosures or component parts of all sizes. Hot rolled, cold rolled and stainless steel are precision cut to high edge quality that needs little if any deburring.
Finn-Power Shear Genius Integrated Punching/shearing Flexible Manufacturing System
Integrates automatic loading, punching and shearing, and automatic unloading and stacking operations for high speed production of high-quality components. Capable of high production quantities even when operators are not attending. Punches all sizes and shapes of holes or knockouts and shears parts to specified size, while maintaining the best possible material utilization through the use of powerful Radan programming and nesting software.
Motoman Arcworld CNC Programmable Welding Robot
Volume runs are prepared with fixtures for accurate and precise welds. Versatile programs allow small and large components to be welded with repeatable quality second to none. Rotating feed table helps minimize set up and repositioning time and allow green light time to be as close to 100% as possible.

Our paint booths utilize an automatic blending system for mixing various 2 component paint formulas, and forced hot air drying.
