The fact is, few other fabricators offer marine powder coating at all - let alone marine powder coating capabilities as extensive as ours. That's because of the relatively complex four-step process involved:
Step 1. The metal fabrication or enclosure is chemically pre-treated to promote better powder coating adhesion.
Step 2. A base coat - an epoxy primer - is applied.
Step 3: The base coat is partially cured in our bake oven.
Step 4: A top coat - a highly heat-, chemical-, corrosion, and fade-resistant marine-grade powder coating - is applied and fully cured.
